WheelCrazes may provide additional terms for third-party services, payment processors, or fulfillment providers. In the case of conflict, those additional terms take precedence.

3. WheelCrazes Services

Users may post bikes for sale by uploading images and descriptions free of charge.
3.2 Buying and Selling
WheelCrazes facilitates transactions through our WheelCrazes Payment Solution. Transactions are primarily between users; WheelCrazes is not a party except as described in our Buyer Protection Program.
3.3 Payment Accounts
Using the payment system requires agreement with our payment provider (currently Adyen). Compliance is mandatory.
3.4 Taxes
Users are responsible for taxes. WheelCrazes may request tax documentation for reporting requirements.
3.5 Shipping
Sellers must follow our shipping policies. Buyers pay shipping costs. WheelCrazes is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. Hazardous items (e.g., lithium batteries) must follow ground shipping protocols.
4. User Code of Conduct
Users must not:

Engage in harassment or predatory behavior

Transact outside the WheelCrazes platform

Use gift cards or cryptocurrency without authorization

5. Information Collection
WheelCrazes may collect:

Purpose: Account verification, transactions, customer service, communications, website security, and service improvement.
6. Use of Information
By submitting information, you grant WheelCrazes the right to store and use it for user experience improvement, demographic analysis, and communications. Cached search engine data may remain outside our control.
7. Accounts, Passwords, and Registration
Users are responsible for account security. Notify WheelCrazes immediately of any suspected breach.
8. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content submitted but grant WheelCrazes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to deliver services.

19. Buyer Protection
WheelCrazes Buyer Protection covers:

Warranty claims against sellers

Defects, non-performance, or misrepresentation

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Procedures: Inspection, repair, or return handled via WheelCrazes. Buyer Protection does not apply to size mismatches.
20–22. Legal Terms

Release: Users release WheelCrazes from liability related to disputes between users

Data Processing: Consent to data transfer and storage in the U.S. and other countries

Indemnity: Users agree to cover claims arising from content, violations, or misuse
23. Termination
WheelCrazes may suspend or terminate access at any time. Post-termination access is prohibited.
