1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see the Return & Refund Policy below).
Custom Orders
Custom-built cycles or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
