Plans can change, and we understand that. To amend or cancel an in-store service such as a bike fitting, visit Track My Order to manage your booking and select a new time that suits you.
Receipts – Missing or Incorrect E-Receipt
If you haven’t received your e-receipt or it contains errors, please contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
Click & Collect
How Long Will the Store Hold My Order?
Click & Collect orders are held for 7 days after they are ready. If not collected in this time, your order will be refunded and restocked. Mobile reminders are sent if you provided your number at checkout.
When Will My Order Be Ready?
Your order confirmation will indicate the expected collection date. You will also receive an SMS and email notification when your order is ready. In some cases, our team may call you directly if the order is ready earlier.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes. A third party can collect your Click & Collect order if they present a copy of the confirmation email and a valid photo ID matching the order name.
Click & Collect – Bike Orders and Assembled Bikes
Bikes requiring assembly may take extra time to prepare. You will be notified once your bike is fully built and safety-checked.

How Can I Check Store Stock?
Check stock availability online by entering your postcode on the product page to view nearby stock levels.

Blue Light Card Discounts
Blue Light Card holders receive 10% off products and services. Present your card or valid ID during booking or checkout.

How Do I Apply for Finance?
Finance options are available at checkout. Select a payment plan (6, 12, 24, 36, or 48 months) via Klarna and follow the instructions.
Klarna Eligibility
Approval depends on credit history, order value, and personal details. Klarna performs a soft check during application and will confirm eligibility.
Cancelling an Order Paid via Klarna
If you cancel a Klarna-funded order, your repayment plan stops and any installments paid will be refunded according to Klarna’s policy.

Gift cards can be used online or in-store. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.

Using Gift Cards with Discounts
WheelCrazes gift cards can be used alongside Trade discounts and eligible promotions, but not with all voucher schemes.
Paper Vouchers / Third-Party Gift Cards
We currently do not accept paper vouchers, One4All, or Love2Shop gift cards.

Where’s My Order?
If items are delayed, please allow a few days for delivery. Use our chat function for assistance if something is missing.
International Delivery
Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
Bike Delivery – Assembled or Boxed
Bikes are generally delivered partially assembled in a box with instructions included. Fully assembled delivery may be available for select services.
Price Match Promise

Returns & Refunds
Returns Process
Visit our Returns Center online to initiate a return. Items must meet policy criteria and proof of purchase is required.
Amending or Cancelling Orders
Orders not yet processed can be amended or cancelled via Track My Order. Store bookings can be modified up to 24 hours in advance.

Available to verified business and professional customers, the Trade Card offers exclusive discounts on parts, tools, and services.

Apply online via the Trade Account page or in-store with valid business documentation.
Ways to Pay
Clearpay
Split your purchase into four equal payments with no interest or fees if payments are on time. Available for eligible orders.

Voucher Payments
